procedures and forms required to figure and claim your deductions
for business use of your home. Participants learn the requirements
for qualifying as a home based business, how to figure the
deductions including depreciation, and identify types of expenses
you can deduct.

Whether you are just starting up or have been in
business for years, your business plan can be an important
ingredient in the success of your business. If you need financing,
it is indispensable. Learn the ingredients of a winning business
plan. Topics include: questions to answer to prepare your plan, goal
setting, doing your own market research, developing sales forecasts
and breakeven analyses, preparing your marketing plan.
